Norwood Construction is a residential, light commercial construction company formed in 2011 by two brothers, Billy and Seth Norwood, from Richmond Hill, Georgia. Our focus is to provide top quality construction in a variety of fields from new construction and additions, to remodeling, rehab, and insurance restoration. We pride ourselves in customer service with a personal touch. Each customer deals directly with us, the owners of Norwood Construction. Our experience comes from a broad range of construction history. We both carry bachelor degrees in construction management, and together have over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry which includes: landscape management, building production homes, high end custom homes, and apartment complexes. We currently have significant building projects ongoing in Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty counties.
